CellWireless SM

The CellWireless SM Spectrum Monitoring System represents a cutting-edge, integrated solution designed for Spectrum Regulatory authorities and corporate entities to ensure compliance with spectrum licensing regulations and to identify unauthorized transmitters across expansive territories.

This advanced system enables comprehensive spectrum usage monitoring from 20 MHz to 18 GHz, with the capability to simultaneously capture and digitally process up to 125 MHz of spectrum. It extracts I/Q data for up to 40 MHz of spectrum, with each capture precisely time-stamped and geotagged.

Leveraging sophisticated Time-Difference of Arrival (TDOA) methodologies, the system excels in localizing unauthorized radio frequency transmissions. Localization accuracy ranges from 100 to 1000 meters, depending on the relative positioning of monitoring stations and the transmitter, thus facilitating optimal surveillance and administration of radio spectrum usage.

The system architecture comprises three key components:

> Command Station (CST): Operating on a Windows PC platform, this control unit features advanced software for programming and managing Measurement Units. It supports both scripted and real-time measurement protocols, as well as comprehensive data analysis. Multiple controllers can be deployed across various geographical locations, each accessible by multiple users.

> Remote Monitoring Unit (RMU): These distributed units collect spectrum data under the direction of one or more controllers, enabling wide-area coverage.

> Data Repository Unit (DRU): Serving as centralized storage for collected data, these units are accessible by multiple controllers and are compatible with various data storage infrastructures, including private and cloud-based solutions.

This state-of-the-art system delivers comprehensive coverage coupled with high-precision localization capabilities, facilitating optimal surveillance and management of radio spectrum utilization across a diverse range of applications.
