Quem Somos

Since our founding in 1992, CelPlan has grown from a telecommunications R&D startup into a global provider of advanced technology solutions. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, we operate nationwide and internationally, with a subsidiary in Brazil and a global footprint that spans Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Innovation has always been at the core of our work. In 2005, we established our Public Safety Division to deliver cutting-edge video surveillance systems. In 2017, we launched the CellWireless Division, offering spectrum monitoring tools for regulatory agencies and specialized test equipment for our clients.

Our most recent initiatives focus on integrating artificial intelligence across the enterprise—helping customers harness AI to boost operational efficiency and unlock new capabilities.

From our early days in telecom research to our current role driving advancements in communications and intelligent systems, CelPlan remains committed to shaping the future of technology through practical, forward-looking solutions.
