We firmly believe in a thorough design review process. To ensure we fully comprehend our clients’ surveillance requirements, we initiate the project with kick-off meetings where requirements are exchanged, analyzed, and understood by all stakeholders. We also conduct joint site visits to review surveillance requirements and deployment facilities.
Throughout the project lifecycle, we schedule weekly meetings between CelPlan’s implementation team and the client’s designated Points of Contact (POCs) to closely monitor project status. A comprehensive field survey is conducted to verify the suitability of the preliminary design and to gather detailed information for each site involved.
The subsequent planning and design phase involves detailing the project scope and finalizing designs in collaboration with the client’s IT department. This includes defining camera selection, wired/wireless network design, and IP planning. Upon client approval of the designs, we initiate the planning phase, which involves dimensioning every aspect of the implementation stages, determining task sequences, coordinating logistics, and allocating resources.
The execution phase follows, encompassing procurement of materials, inventory management, equipment staging and configuration, installation of camera and radio components, and systematic implementation of all features.
Upon completion of each deployment, CelPlan provides a Customer Acceptance Test Plan. We conduct thorough testing of each location before handover, minimizing client effort and time. Post-acceptance, we provide comprehensive network/system diagrams and equipment IP plans.
During the maintenance and support phase, CelPlan’s support team remains accessible to address any client issues. Additionally, we conduct proactive monitoring on a weekly basis. Our support team is prepared to respond remotely or on-site to investigate and resolve potential problems.
